NA MP Gevorg Petrosyan proposes banning of same-sex and sex changed persons from adopting children. By voting, the draft law was not put on the agenda.
NA Vice President Alen Simonyan delivered a speech on the draft, noting that many people are trying to portray members of “My Step”, who have studied abroad, as satanic, perverts, and so on.
“We shall look back at the History and show who voted and where,” the MP said.
Naira Zohrabyan made a speech on behalf of the “Prosperous Armenia” Party and said referring to the statements of Alen Simonyan and other representatives of the “My Step”, “No one in this hall has the right to teach “Prosperous Armenia” lessons.
