Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke on Facebook about the resignation of Grigory Hayrapetov, the head of the State Security Service of the National Security Service.

The Prime Minister mentioned that the head of the service himself had submitted resignation letter.

He spoke in the press about the thesis that Azeri President Ilham Aliyev and his conspiratorial agreement had been reached in Dushanbe on Artsakh, which Hayrapetov also learned about.

Nikol Pashinyan mentioned that he does not think it would be so “disloyal” to betray a conspiratorial agreement with the former bodyguard of both the RA second president Robert Kocharian and the third president Serzh Sargsyan. “In addition, in case of being a witness of conspiracy, I would have tried to keep him closer, not dismiss him.
