The Court of Cassation, presided by Lilit Tadevosyan, has accepted to the proceeding the cassation appeal of Advocate Hovhannes Khurshudyan, defender of the RA second President Robert Kocharyan, against decision of the RA Court of Criminal Appeal of the 25 June 2019 to annul the decision of the Court of First Instance of Yerevan on 20 May, 2019 on “On Applying to the Constitutional Court and suspending the proceedings” and to send the criminal case for consideration of the same court.
