MP Arman Babajanyan’s application-report on the President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan, addressed to the RA Prosecutor General on, has been sent to the RA Special Investigation Service for verification by the criminal procedure of the circumstances presented therein.

Gor Abrahamyan’s adviser to the Prosecutor General informed this.

Notably, on October 4 independent MP Arman Babajanyan applied to the Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan for a criminal and legal assessment of the conduct of the President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan.

Arman Babajanyan presented the details of the application at a press conference ln front of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
