Today, on 21 of January, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan is considering the criminal case upon the death of a soldier suffering from chickenpox. The court hearing was interrupted from the beginning because of the absence of the prosecutors Manvel Grigoryan and Anahit Yesayan and the representative of the legal successor of the aggrieved Mushegh Shushanyan.

 
Later it was shown up that the representative of the legal successor of the aggrieved Mushegh Shushanyan called and informed of his illness, simultaneously notifying Movses Khachatryan, the legal successor of the aggrieved, that he will not be present at the court hearing. The reason of the prosecutors’ absence is unknown.

The next court session will be held on 4 February, at 14:00 a.m.
