The criminal case was initiated against R. M. with the charge of forging an official document of the Shirak subdivision of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government, i.e. the statement N X dated 6 February 2012. Submitting the above-mentioned document to the Notary Office of Akhuryan, the accused made a contract with the citizens V. Mnoyan and M. Vardanyan for sale of the buildings, which were under seizure in accordance with the decision of Shirak region subdivision of Compulsory Enforcement Service of the RA Ministry of Justice.
The criminal case is in the proceedings of the Court of General Juristiction of Shirak region.

Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
