The criminal case brought against Roman Hovhannisyan is in the proceedings of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit Administrative District. The accused is charged in killing his sister Margarit Hovhannisyan on 29 June 2012, while arguing with her in the sitting room of their house. He has stabbed her by kitchen knife for several times with the intent to deprive her of life, and killed her.
