By the decree of RA President Armen Sargsyan, Rustam Badasyan was appointed Minister of Justice.
The decree states: “Based on the prime minister’s proposal, pursuant to Article 131 of the Constitution, and Article 5 § 1 of the Law on Structure and Functioning of the Government, to appoint Rustam Badassian as Minister of Justice.”
Formerlt, Rustam Badasyan was Deputy Chairman of SRC.
Notably Artak Zeynalyan resigned from the position of Minister of Justice on 7 June .
