Nakhshun Tavaratsyan has been working in the judicial system since 1996. She has served as Judge of the Economic Court, Judge of the Civil Court of Appeal, and by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia on 16 November, 2015 she was appointed the judge of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation.

In 2012, the judge’s funds increased and totaled to 2 million AMD and 5,000 EUROs. In the same year, the revenues amounted to 9 million AMD, which was received from wages and 5,000 EUROs from the loan.
In 2013, Nakhshun Tavaratsyan’s savings amounted to 2 million AMD, revenues to 14 million 297 thousand AMD, received from salaries, borrowings, and proceeds from the alienation of property. According to the declaration in 2013, the judge has alienated a $ 1 million worth property.
In 2014, the judge acquired an apartment worth $ 25,000, and her funds increased and totaled to 3 million AMD. The revenues from the salary amounted to 13 million 563 thousand AMD.
In 2015, when assuming the office of Judge of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation Nakhshun Tavaratsyan declared:

According to the annual declaration for 2015, she her fund totaled to 17.5 million AMD.
In 2016, the judge’s savings increased to 7 million AMD. The revenues from the salary amounted to 11 million 727 thousand AMD.
In 2017 her savings reached 8.5 million AMD, the revenues amounted to 13 million 595 thousand AMD, which was received from salaries and borrowings.
In 2018, Nakhshun Tavaratsyan handed and received a loan of $ 11,945. The funds totaled to 4 million AMD, 225 USD, and 11 million 423 thousand AMD of income, which was received from the salary.

Nakhshun Tavaratsyan was born in 1957, in Saler village of Shamkhor region of Azerbaijan
In 1985 she graduated from YSU Faculty of Law.
1985 – 1996 – worked as a lawyer and was a member of the Board of the Advocates Union of Armenia.
1996 – 1999 – Judge of the People’s Court of Kotayk District.
1999 – 2002 – Judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal.
On 9 September, 2002 she was appointed Judge of the Economic Court of the Republic of Armenia by a decree of the RA President.
2008 – 2015 Judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal.
On 16 November, 2015 she was appointed the judge of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
