Gor Hakobyan was born in 1972 in Yerevan.

  • 1999 – 2006 – worked as a Judge at the Court of First Instance of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Communities of Yerevan.
  • 2006 – 2008 – worked as a Judge at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Districts of Yerevan.
  • 2008 – 2009 – worked as a Judge of the Civil Court of Yerevan.
  • On 27 February, 2009, by the decree of the RA President, he was appointed judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun communities of Yerevan.
  • On 11 October, 2010 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia he was appointed Judge of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
