In 2011, according the declaration on property and income submitted to the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia, his funds totaled to 62 million AMD. The revenues amounted to 11 million 386 thousand AMD, which was received from 11 salaries.
In 2012 the savings of the CC member decreased to 49 million AMD. The revenues were 10 million 612 thousand AMD, which were received from 9 salaries.
In 2013 Ashot Khachatryan’s money totaled to 9 million AMD and 38 thousand USD. 11 million 781 thousand AMD of revenues were received from that year in 10 different salaries and other income.
In 2014, he provided a $ 10,000 loan, which was refunded in the same tax year. His money has also decreased dramatically, amounting to 3.5 million AMD. The revenues remained almost unchanged – 11 million 56 thousand AMD, which was received from the loan interest and 9 salaries.
In 2015, Ashot Khachatryan’s savings remained the same, and the revenues amounted to 12 million 105 thousand AMD, which was received from 8 salaries.
In 2016, the savings of the CC member again decreased and totaled to 2.5 million AMD, the income was 12 million 25 thousand AMD, which was received from his eight salaries.
In 2017, his savings decreased by half a million and amounted to 2 million AMD. Revenues amounted to 12 million 25 thousand AMD, which was received from 8 salaries.
Ashot Khachatryan’s wife, Ruzanna Hambardzumyan, has submitted declarations as well.
In 2011 she declared 20 million AMD; the income was 350 thousand AMD, which was received from salary.
Her savings in 2012 remained the same, while revenues slightly raised to 391,000 AMD.
In 2013, Ruzanna Hambardzumyan had performed some real estate deal, which is not mentioned yet. During that year, her funds was significantly increased and totaled to $ 45 thousand and 20 million AMD. The revenues amounted to AMD 383,000 and $ 45,000 from other income.
At the end of the fiscal year 2014, her funds decreased dramatically, amounting to 100,000 AMD, and the income was of 360,000 AMD received from salary.
In 2015, the funds of the CC member’s wife remained the same, and the revenues amounted to AMD 316,000, which was received from salary.
In 2016, her income slightly decreased and totaled to 276,000 AMD.
In 2017, Ruzanna Hambardzumyan declared 100,000 AMD funds and 371,000 AMD income.
The couple has not submitted declaration for 2018.

- Ashot Khachatryan was born in 1962 in Armenia.
- In 1987 graduated from Moscow Finance Institute of the USSR Ministry of the Higher and Professional education.
- 1989-1993 graduated from Moscow Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, getting degree of PhD.
- 1996-1999 doctoral researcher at the Russian Presidential Academy of Public administration, getting doctoral degree.
- 1983-1985 served in the Soviet Army.
- 1987-1989 and 1990-1992 worked as a Head of department of the Executive Committee of Kamo City Council of SSR People’s Deputies.
- 1992-2004 worked in the Tax Service of the Republic of Armenia as a Deputy Chief of the Territorial Inspectorate, Chief of the department of the Regional Inspectorate.
- 2004-2010 Head of the Legal Department of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
- On December 9, 2010 was appointed as a Member of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia by the Decision of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
