On April 10, the Supreme Judicial Council summed up its activities in a the new building of the Council. A number of high-ranking officials, ambassadors and representatives of international organizations were present at the event.

The event was noteworthy for its content, but also for its organised reception.

In response to our inquiry from the Supreme Judicial Council, they reported that the cost of the event was covered from the funds of the state Budget alloacted to the Judicial Department under the  budget line “4237 Representatives Expenditure” 

The total cost of the services provided for organizing the event dedicated to the anniversary of the organization of the SJC made 445 340 AMD.

131 thousand 340 AMD was spent for the printing of envelopes and invitations .

314 thousand AMD was spent for catering services .

The BSC reports that 98 guests, as well as over 40 journalists participated in the event.

An agreement was signed with “Computer Services” Limited Liability Company for printing of envelopes and invitations.

113 envelopes were ordered, with the cost of 200 AMD each, and 193 invitations worth 450 AMD each.

The Judicial Department has concluded a contract with “Cassana” Limited Liability Company for catering services for 80 guests.

“Besides, with the help of our collaborators and sponsors, two animated video clips were produced and the Annual Report of the Supreme Judicial Council was published. No budget expenditure has been made for that purpose,” was indicated in the reply.
