On 14 January, the first session of the 7th convocation National Assembly has started.

The agenda of the first sitting of the 7th convocation National Assembly includes seven issues.

The newly elected Parliament will consider the issues of the creation of the Counting Commission, the candidacies of the NA President and Vice Presidents.

The Standing committees will be established and their presidents will be elected as well. The newly elected parliament will discuss the draft law on the change of government structure and the approval of the plan of the executive body.

The oldest MP Knyaz Hasanov presides the sitting. The President of Armenia Armen Sargsyan and His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, are present at the session.
