By the 12 December Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, the Adviser to the Speaker of the National Assembly Vrezh GASPARYAN was awarded the Honorary Title of Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Armenia for great merit in establishment of the rule of law and improvement of legislation.
Vrezh Hovhannes Gasparyan was born on 31 March 1962, in Yerevan. Citizen of the Republic of Armenia.

By the Decrease of the RA President, Vrezh Gasparyan was awarded the State ranks:
