Acting RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree on 23 November, which says:
“Being guided by Article 7, Part 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Structure and Activities of the Government” and based on paragraph 1 of the Appendix to Decision No. 412-L of 21 April, 2018 of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia,
Acting First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan will be substitute the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia in the period of the 26th of November till the 5th of December 2018 inclusive.”
Notably, on 25 November, Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page that he takes a vacation ln order to take part in the election campaign to the National Assembly.
