As we have already informed, MP Tigran Urikhanyan disseminated a statement on yesterday’s vote, noting that he is not in Armenia, and votes for the draft and sent the appeal to the NA Chairman Ara Babloyan.

The speaker of the Tsarukyan Faction, Vanik Elizaryan, issued a statement in response the MPs’ statement, which says:

“In response to the statement issued by Tigran Urikhanyan saying that there was a misunderstanding on his previous day’s voting, we publish a note to the NA Speaker on his vote “FOR.”
