A hearing on the detention of RA second president Robert Kocharyan is being hold at at the Shengavit residence of Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.
His lawyer, Ruben Sahakyan, has just informed that Judge Vache Margaryan has announced a break.
Notably, Robert Kocharyan is in the courtroom and is waiting for the continuation of the session.
It should be reminded that the motion to detain him was examined yesterday evening, on the night of July 26, but the retired president was not informed about it and the trial was postponed.
