Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Mayor of Glendale, California, Zareh Sinanyan.

“During our political processes in Armenia, our compatriots from Los Angeles and Glendale have shown great support. We hope that in the post-revolutionary period this support will be inclusive by nature,” Nikol Pashinyan said and expressed hope that the ties between Yerevan and Glendar will be further strengthened in the future.

In his turn, Zareh Sinanyan mentioned that after the revolution in Armenia in the Armenian community of Glendale, the excitement is exacerbated by the new situation, the presence of a legitimate government and other circumstances. “The residents of our Armenian community are eagerly awaiting material developments. I am convinced that there are many areas of cooperation, we must find the most effective options and be able to achieve the best results,” Armenian Mayor of Glendale said.

The parties attached importance to the implementation of programs that will promote repatriation and preservation of the Armenian identity in the Diaspora.
