On 25 June, Ms Nvard Khachatryan, member of the Founding Board of “Meghri Women’s Resource Center” NGO, representative of the “Budget for Everyone” Project, which is implemented in the framework of Public Finance Subsector sub-grant component of the EU-funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project, presented it to the representatives of CSOs’ Incubator Group in Kapan.

She said that the objective of the project is to contribute to the development and introduction of effective mechanisms for children and gender sensitive budgeting in the local budgets of the communities in the Syunik, Vayik Dzor and Tavush marzes.

In addition, to improve the mechanisms for CSOs’ participation in the public discussions on the State Budget of the RA and publicising the results, as well as to enhance their involvement in processes of improving these mechanisms, monitoring and advocacy.

It should be noted that CSOs from Goris, Sisian and Agarak, also participated in the Kapan CSO Incubator, also participated in the event.
