On June 22, a regular session of the Police Disciplinary Commission chaired by the Chairman of the Commission, First Deputy Police Chief, Police Colonel Arman Sargsyan was held, Press Service of the Police reports.
The chiefs of the Police Headquarters, Internal Security, and Legal Departments as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations included in the composition of the Police Disciplinary Commission participated in the meeting.
The discussion on the subject matter of the service investigation and the conclusion on that on a single police officer was on the agenda.
After clarifying the facts, the Police Disciplinary Commission made a decision to apply to the Chief of Police to impose a disciplinary sanction on “releasing the officer from the police system”.
