85 MPs participated in the vote on the issue of permission to initiate a criminal prosecution against   Manvel Grigoryan. One ballot paper was invalid; 81 voted for, 3 votes against. The National Assembly agreed to initiate criminal prosecution against MP Manvel Grigoryan.

There will be another vote shortly, where the National Assembly will decide on the issue of consent t to arrest Manvel Grigoryan. The Prosecutor General presented another motion to the National Assembly, with request to apply detention as a precautionary measure.
