Several Armenian highways have been blocked this morning. As a result, regular passenger transportation and some freight transportation have become impossible. Besides, sometimes, as a result of almost insurmountable obstacles, citizens cannot get to “Zvartnots” airport in time and are late for scheduled flights.

The press service of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia informs this.

The created situation has negative consequences for the natural functioning of individuals as well as for a number of branches of the country’s economy.

In order to ensure smooth traffic and safety of traffic, the Ministry urges to abstain from creating obstacles for traffic on the highways.
