At today’s extraordinary session of the NA, the Deputy President of the RA NA Arpine Hovhannisyan, presented the Draft on Making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on Public Services.
Former Justice Minister presented the main focal points that are subject to change.
“The key amendments to the Law on Public Services is, expanding the list of the officials who must submit declarations, the current number of about 500 officials who submit declarations will be expanded up to 2200. Taking into consideration the fact, that declaration process should be done in stages and of course it cannot be implemented at once. Currently the list includes all prosecutors and investigators of criminal cases high officials/positions of compulsory enforcement of judicial acts, and others.
Arpine Hovhannisyan said that the scope of family members has also been clarified. They are: the spouse, minor children, persons under custody or guardianship as well as any person living with the declarer.
