One of the richest MPs of Armenia, billionaire Arayik Grigoryan today, during the extraordinary session of the National Assembly, voted instead of his absent colleague, a billionaire deputy Samvel Aleksanyan, moreover, Mr. Grigoryan voted in front of our camera.
Today, Samvel Aleksanyan attended the extraordinary session of the National Assembly during the first 10 minutes, then he left the hall, after which the MP Arayik Grigoryan voted instead of Mr. Aleksanyan.
Arayik Grigoryan ’s seat is the 41st, while the seat of Samvel Aleksanyan is 36th. During the live broadcast of the NA session it can be clearly seen that Samvel Aleksnyan votes for the government draft, while at the same time our camera stated that he is absent from the session hall and his colleague is voting instead of him.
Arayik Grigoryan’s funds amounted to 1.9 billion AMD and 985 thousand USD at the end of 2016. He received 6.3 million AMD as an MP salary and additional 44 million AMD from other income.
