An advocate has been arrested in the frame of the case on bribery of the judge of Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan City Ishkhan Barseghyan. Ara Zohrabyan, the Chairman of the RA Chamber of Advocates confirmed the information in the interview with Iravaban.net.
Elza Zakaryan, is the arrested advocate. Ara Zohrabyan said that he had had a meeting with the advocate and that the latter has been provided a public defender. The advocate refused to provide testimony and was arrested.
