At today’s session of the Government, the members of the executive branch approved the draft decision to merge the Agency for Registration of Secured Rights to Movable Property and the Agency for State Register of Legal Persons of the RA Ministry of Justice. The RA Justice Minister Arpine Hovhannisyan introduced the draft.
She said that the decision was justified with the necessity to make more effective the activities of some units of the staff performing similar functions.
