“Examination of the appeal on detention of Arayik Khandoyan, the member of “Sasna Tsrer”group has been postponed with the purpose of insuring his presence at the session’’, his defender Ara GHagyozyan noted this during the interview with Iravaban.net.
He mentioned that Khandoyan had expressed wish to be present during the examination of the appeal. The examination of the appeal on the chosen precautionary measure detention will take place on August 24.
Let us remind that an accusation has been brought against Arayik Khandoyan according to Part 3 of Article 235 and Part 3 (1) of Article 218 of the RA Criminal Code.
