Zaruhi Postanjyan, MP of the RA NA has addressed a letter to the RA Minister of Health Armen Muradyan and the RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan. The letter regards to the health state of the “Sasna Tsrer” member and hero Hovhannes Harutyunyan. The deputy has mentioned.
“Hovhannes Harutyunyan, the “Sasna Tsrer” member and hero with the gunshot wound of the right leg needs an urgent surgery, however, since this day no measures have been undertaken for the operation of the young man.
With the above-mentioned in mind I address to you to take measures for the operation of Hovhannes Harutyunyan.
I apply to all the surgeons who are worried about the issue and will take the mission of operating the young fellow’s leg to avoid any further aggravation.”
