Based on the motion of the RA Minister of Justice, concerning the issue of disciplinary liability of the judge, the meeting of the Council of Justice was invited on 10 August, 2016 at 1700 pm, in the administrative building of the RA Court of Cassation.
Acting in accordance with Article 109, part 2 and Article 111, part 2 of the RA Judicial Code and taking into consideration the motion presented by the judge concerning the issue of holding the meeting on disciplinary liability behind closed doors, the RA Council of Justice, based on the considerations of the protection of the interests of justice, has decided to hold the meeting on the issue of disciplinary liability of the judge on 10 August, 2016 behind closed doors.
