Serzh Sargsyan awards High Military Rank

Today, by the RA President Serzh Sargsyan’s Decree Hayk Kotanjyan was awarded a high military rank. The Decree reads:

“Goverened by Article 55, Clause 16 of the RA Constitution of 2005 with amendments, I decide to:

Award the military rank of Lieutenant General to Major-General Hayk S. Kotanjian.”
