As we had previously informed, the Council of Justice was going to call a session on calling the judges to disciplinary responsibility on the request of the RA Minister of Justice in the Administrative Building of the RA Court of Cassation.
The session took place on May 13th wherein the Minister of Justice, Arpine Hovhannisyan asked the council to impose disciplinary actions against three judges in the Court of Appeals. This motion was rejected.
