The session on calling the judges to disciplinary responsibility on the request of the RA Minister of Justice will be held on 13 May 2016 at 17:00 in the Administrative Building of the RA Court of Cassation.
Governed by the provisions of Article 109, Part 2 and Article 111, Part 2 and considering the motion of the judges to holding the hearing on calling the judges to disciplinary responsibility in camera, the RA Council of Justice based on the consideration of protecting the interests of judges, decided to hold in camera the session of 13 May 2016 on calling the judges to disciplinary responsibility.
