On 10 May, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan signed a new decision on changing the composition of the Commission granting Permission to Operators in Free Economic Zones. The 397-A decision reads:
“Based on Article 70 part 5 of the RA law ob Legal Acts,
read the annex of the 23 December, 2011 decision N 1247 – A of the RA Prime Minister on establishing the permanent Interagency Commission for assessing the bid to establish a free economic zone on private initiative and granting permits to the residents of the free economic zone in the new edition according to the annex.”
