The bill regarding changes to RA Law on Accumulative Pensions was adopted with 104 votes “for”, 0 “against,” and 4 “abstain” votes.
The bill provided that the deadline for making mandatory social payments was extended until July 1, 2018.
In addition, the issue on exemption of Hrazdan-Cement CJSC from fines arising from failure to meet the tax and social security payments was also introduced to consideration and vote of the legislature.
This resolution was adopted with 86 “for votes”, 8 “against” votes, and 9 “abstain” votes.
The Draft on making Changes and Amendments to the RA Civil Code and the package of drafts laws attached to it was adopted in the first reading with 100 “for” votes, 0 “against” votes, and 2 “abstain” votes.
After the vote, the Government proceeds to the discussion of the Draft law on making changes and Amendments in the RA Law on Cash Registers.
