Mihran Poghosyan was dismissed by the President’s Decree

The RA President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree 305-A, which states:

“Based on Article 11 (1) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service”, I decide:

To dismiss Mihran Poghosyan from the position of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia.”
