“Euro Ombudsman” the official Journal of human rights national institutions in Europe in its regular issue published the interim report of NKR Human Rights Defender on Atrocities committed by Azerbaijani Military Forces against the Population of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Servicemen of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army on 2-5 April 2016 (https://bit.ly/1XM3Zwv).
“The report analyzes the anti-Armenian policy of Azerbaijan, in violation of all international human rights, as well as its terrifying consequences with concrete examples of brutality. The report discusses inciting hatred and violence against people of Armenian by Azerbaijan, descent evidences, and objective assessments of international organizations,” quoting the statement of NKR Human Rights Defender, the European Ombudsman Institute emphasizes that the Azerbaijani authorities by their illegal policy violate the fundamental requirements of international humanitarian law.
The Human Rights National Institutions in Europe closely cooperates with the international human rights organizations. The journal is distributed in a number of countries, including former Soviet republics.
