Arman Tatoyan, the Human Rights Defender of the RA officially applied to the staff of his Russian counterpart on the issue of elimination of conditions that threaten Levon Hayrapetyan’s health and medical aid to him.
The Human Rights Defender expressed concerns on moving Levon Hayrapetyan to an overcrowded cell noting that he needs daily medical care and supervision. He also added that and it could be a serious threat to L. Hayrapetyan’s health and life.
Arman Tatoyan asked to take necessary measures to provide medical assistance to Levon Hayrapetyan and to elimination of health-endangering conditions.
