Concerned about reports regarding the use by officials of offshore accounts to hide illicit wealth,
Noting the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists’ recent “Panama Papers” leak of offshore accounts, in which Mihran Poghosyan, a high-ranking Armenian official, has been implicated,

The CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition:
Calls on the authorities, and in particular on the Chief Prosecutor and the Ethics Commission for High-ranking Officials, within the limits of their jurisdiction, to conduct appropriate investigations on the basis of the information revealed in the Panama Papers.
Calls on the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists to release all the files, so that the public has full access to the information.
