A working group was created by the decision of the Prime Minister of Armenia with the aim of providing support to the families of the deceased servicemen. In particular, it is specified in the 265-A decision from April 7th:
“Based on the sub-paragraph 2 of the paragraph 121 of the order defined by the 174-N decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia from July 18th, 2007:
1. Form a working group aimed at studying the social issues of the families of the servicemen deceased as a result of military clashes that took place on April 1-5th, 2016 along the line of contact of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Azerbaijani military force and submitting recommendations and approve its composition in accordance with the appendix.
2. To the head of the working group: Submit recommendations to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia by April 20th, 2016 concerning provision of social support to the families studied”.
According to the appendix of this decision, the working group comprises A. Petrosyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, K. Isakhanyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development and A. Arushanyan, the Head of the Department of Social Protection of Servicemen of the Ministry of Defense Staff.
