After all this, we would like to ask the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group to give a fact-based judgement on who is actually “fighting against women and children” and what the standards of integrity of former chief of police Zakir Asker Oghlu Hasanov, who now considers himself to be a defense minister, are.
