On 2 April, Bako Sahakyan, the NKR President conducted a session of the Security Council to discuss the issues of large scale violations of the ceasefire regime on NKR _ Azerbaijan border initiated by the enemy.
Levon Mnatsakanyan, the Defense Minister of NKR reported on the issue and noted that the defense Army controls the situation at the borders, and stopped all attacks of the enemy causing them severe losses.
The president gave definite instructions to the Ministry of defense and the heads of all relevant bodies referring to ensuring the inviolability of borders and the security of the Republic of Artsakh.
