Pursuant to Article 7 and 11 of the RA Law on Public Administration Institutions, as well as the President’s NH-1063 Decree, Part 2, Point 1 of 16 March, 2002, the RA Government decided.
1. Reorganize ”the stuff of the RA Ministry of Finance” public administrative institution and establish “State Revenue Committee stuff adjunct to the RA Government” state administrative institution.
2. Approve:
1) The Charter of State Revenue Committee adjunct to the RA Government according to Appendix N 1.
2) The structure of State Revenue Committee staff adjunct to the RA Government according to the Appendix N 2.
