A lot of young judges have entered to judicial system during the recent two years. As a rule they obtain a position already working in this field as a judge’s assistant. We tried to find out the richest young judges of the First Instance Courts.
When assuming the position Tatevik Grigoryan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts declared 8 million AMD and 12 thousand USD. At the end of the year her funds increased in Armenian currency reaching 10 million AMD. The salary of the female judge is 5,6 million AMD.
Sargis Yeritsyan from the same court assumed the position in 2016. Before that he worked in the Court of Lori Marz, in 2014 he sold his apartment for 13.8 million AMD and MERCEDES-BENZ S 600 L car with 2,8 million AMD.
That year Mr. Yeritsyan declared donations by 4 points in the amount of about 10 million
AMD and 8000 USD.
We learn from the declaration submitted at the moment of assuming the position that the judge has two cars: TOYOTA RAV 4 2.0 and TOYOTA COROLLA 1.6. We also learn the Mr. Yeritsyan by the day of assuming the position transferred a loan amounting to 104 thousand USD. His money in Armenian currency totalled to 41 million AMD, 41,8 USD and 8 thousand EUR. Notably he is the son of Mr. Sergo Yeritsyan, National Inspectorate of Language of the RA MES, the chief of the National Inspectorate of Language of the RA MES’s son.
When assuming the position Tatevik Stepanyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts declared 11 million AMD and 26 thousand USD, at the end of 2015 her funds increased in Armenian currency amounting to 17 million.
In 2015, the Judge’s spouse bought a private house for 75,9 million AMD and by the end of 2015 her funds in Armenian currency amounted to 48 million AMD and 19 thousand USD.
Gayane Mazmanyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts was appointed in January and has not presented a declaration by the time of her appointment yet. We learn from the 2015 declaration that Mrs. Mazmanyan has 5,5 million AMD.
Hayarpi Zargaryan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts, when assuming the position declared 2 paces of land and one private half finished building, as well as bought a MITSUBISHI COLT 1300 GLI car with 1,2 million AMD. By the end of 2015, the judge’s funds in Armenian currency amounted to 7 million AMD.
Hovhannes Avagyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk Marz has an apartment, OPEL VECTRA 1.8 and NISSAN Fuga cars. By the end of 2015, his funds in Armenian currency amounted to 9,5 million AMD and 10 thousand USD, his wife had 6000 USD.
Harutyun Petrosyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor marzes had 15 million AMD by the end of 2015. His brother Vigen Petrosyan is a Prosecutor. He received 6000 USD loan.
The next is Mnatsakan Harutyunyan, Judge of General Jurisdiction of Gegharkunik Marz. In 2015, he bought KIA SORENTO 3.5 car with 6,2 million AMD, at the beginning of the year his funds in Armenian currency were 7,5 million and by the end 6 million.
