On 9 March, the RA Prime Minister signed a decision on covering the US business trip costs for the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, the Head of the Department of Support to Investigation of Criminal Cases and the translator. Decision 125-A reads:
According to Point 1, Paragraph 121, Subparagraph 3 of the RA President’s Decree NH-147-N of 18 July, 2007, “Cover the expenses of the business trip of the Chairman of RA Investigative Committee, Aghvan Hovsepyan, the head of the department of Support to Investigation of Criminal Cases, Grigor Sargsyan and translator Khachik Adumyan to the US for participation in the discussion “Transnational Organized Crime and Corruption in the Public Sector” with the head of Federal Bureau of Investigation of the USA Department of Justice at the expense of the State Budget of 2016 provided for official overseas trips.”
