As we have already mentioned, on 15 January, the staff of the RA Government signed a purchase and sale contract with “Mon Ami Design Studio” Company for acquisition of flowers. 18 flower compositions and bouquets consisted of 20 pieces Dutch roses were bought for 34.200 AMD each, and 4 pieces flower baskets for 177000 AMD each.
Overall 2 million AMD was paid from the state budget. In reply to the question why they had the bought flowers, Iravaban.net received the following explanation: “…it flowers from the company “Mon Ami Design Studio” Company were bought for representation purposes, as well as for decoration of the reception halls for high ranking guests”.
