Modest declarations: Declarations on the income, property, assets at the Civil Court of Appeal are not as great as in the other courts that we examined.
Alvard Hunanyan, who assumed the position of judge at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaqer-Zeytun Administrative districts of Yerevan City from 2011 up to 2013, did not have any assets in 2011.
At the end of the next year her funds amounted to 2 million AMD and 10 thousand USD.
In 2014, she bought an apartment worth about 21 million AMD, she had another apartment by this time as well. At the end of the year her funds totaled to 5,8 million AMD and 8500 USD. The judge’s husband had 12 million AMD and 10 thousand USD. The judge and her husband’s assets totaled to 26,9 million AMD.
At the end of 2014, Judge of the same court Amrahi Petrosyan’s funds totaled to 18 million AMD and 25 thousand USD.
His wife, who was unemployed (according to the declaration), funds stayed unchanged in the duration of all years: 8,5 million AMD and 3 thousand USD. The cash assets of the judge and his wife amounted to 39 million AMD.
In 2013, the judge’s daughter bought HYUNDAI ELANTRA 1.6 vehicle for 9 million AMD.
One of the women judges, Narine Barseghyan’s funds had also changes in the same ratio. At the end of 2014, Ms Barseghyan had 12 million AMD and 26 thousand USD.
Her husband’s funds amounted to 2,3 million AMD and 29 thousand USD. Thus the couple’s assets totaled to 41 million AMD.
In 2011, the judge Slavik Torosyan had 30 million AMD, 10 thousand USD and 10 thousand Russian rubles, there are no essential changes in the next years but the fact that the assets in Russian rubles disappeared from the declaration.
From the declaration of 2016, when he assumed the post of the judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal, we learn that Mr. Torosyan has two apartments and one land plot.
The judge’s wife, Susanna Samsonyan has considerable assets as well. At the end of 2014, she declared 10 million AMD and 5 thousand USD. Thus, the judge and his wife have 47 million AMD.
At the beginning of 2011, Tarpon Nazaryan, the judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal had 36 million AMD, at the end of the year he received a 50 thousand AMD loan so his funds had increased in that amount.
He carried out the loan deals of 128 thousand USD in the next year as well. At the end of 2014, Mr. Nazaryan’s funds amounted to 30 million AMD and 50 thousand USD.
The judge’s wife sold her BMW 530 vehicle for 10 million AMD, at the end of the year her funds totaled to 12 million AMD.
The judge’s wife, Astghik Nazaryan had put 10 million AMD into the circulation, specifically, in 2013 she gave and received a loan, and in 2014 she bought LEXUS GX 470 vehicle with that money. At the end of 2014, his wife’s funds amounted to 2,5 million AMD. Thus this family has 57 million AMD.
Margarita Hartenyan, the judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal, worked at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davitashen Administrative districts of Yerevan city from 2011 up to 2013. In 2011 she had 15 million AMD, 35 thousand USD, 50 thousand EUROs and 5 thousand Russian rubles. Only in 2013, Russian rubles disappeared from the declaration. This judge has 59 million AMD in total.
Though the judge’s husband’s salary in the fiscal year amounted to 373 thousand AMD, but he had carried out a loan deal receiving credit of 8,7 million AMD.
Gagik Khandanyan from this court, we have already spoken about his funds, in 2014 had 20 million AMD and 35 thousand USD. The judge’s wife Hripsime Gyamjyan had 25.9 million AMD and 25 thousand USD. The judge and his wife have 74 million AMD.
