Today, the RA Criminal Court of Appeal, presided by Judge Armen Danielyan annulled the decision of the Court of First Instance to detain the civil activist Vardges Gaspari. Notably, Gaspari was charged for offending phrases addressed to the Judge of the Administrative Court Ruzanna Hakobyan, and the police employees Diana Vardanyan and Sona Melikyan.
