By the RA Presidential Decree of 19 February, 2016, Vazgen Rshtuni was appointed the Chairman of Criminal Court of Appeal of the Republic of Armenia, David Harutyunyan was appointed the Chairman of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Avan and Nor Nork Administrative districts.
On 22 February, Arman Mkrtumyan, the Chairman of the Court of Cassation of the RA introduced Vazgen Rshtuni, the newly appointed Chairman. On the same day, the judges and the employees of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts were introduced the newly appointed Chairman David Harutyunyan.
Arman Mkrtumyan congratulating Vazgen Rshtuni and David Harutyunyan, noted that their work experience, skills and human qualities satisfy to commit responsibilities of the chairman excellently and enhance the judicial authorities in the courts.
Working consultation was held with Arman Mkrtumyan, the Chairman of the Court of Cassation, David Avetisyan, the Chairman of the Court of Cassation, Yervand Khundkaryan, the Chairman of the Court of Cassation of Civil and Administrative Chamber, Karen Poladyan, Chief of Staff of the RA Council of Justice Shogher Vardanyan.
