Tigran Sargsyan assumed the office of the RA Prime Minister on 9 April 2008. Prior to this he was the Chairman of the RA Central Bank
At the beginning of 2011, he had the savings of 23 million AMD and 778 thousand USD, which by the end of the year increased and totaled to 35 million AMD and 859 thousand USD. The major part of this income was accumulated from the interest on loans. His salary was 3.33 million AMD, “other income” amounted to 211 thousand AMD.
In 2012, his income increased and amounted to 39.59 million AMD, most of this income was generated from the interest on loans. His salary was 3.34 million AMD. Income from civil and other contracts amounted to 220 thousand AMD. During that year his income decreased and became 12 AMD and 920.8 thousand USD.
In 2013, he had 5.5 million AMD and 952.5 thousand USD. The income totaled to 36.42 million AMD of which remuneration for job was 3.34 million AMD. 210 thousand AMD was received from civil and other contracts, the rest was income received from interest on loans.
On 19 April 2013, Tigran Sargsyan, re-assumed the Prime Minister’s post. The declaration on property and income which he submitted stated that he had two flats in an apartment house, 1 garage, 2 individual houses built on a land plot with its back office building and one land plot. He also declared a share with nominal value of 6.33 million AMD, 12 million AMD and 987 thousand USD.
A year later, on 13 April 2014, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan was relieved of his post. At the moment of leaving the post he declared the same property which he had at the moment of assuming the post. The value of the share was 6.39 million AMD, and he had 2.5 million AMD and 955 thousand USD. He submitted a same declaration in 2014, when he was appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the US.
In 2014, Tigran Sargsyan submitted the annual declaration as well as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the US. According to it the Ambassador had provided a loans of 421.7 thousand and 550 thousand USD respectively. During this period he received and returned 12 million AMD and 550 thousand USD loan.
During that year his funds amounted to 2.5 million AMD, whereas the sum of 952 thousand USD which was declared in the previous year was invested in loan transactions. The income totaled to 40.72 million AMD and 26 thousand USD. The 26 thousand USD and 2.59 million AMD were received from the salary, the rest were the interest from the provided loans.
On 12 January 2016, Tigran Sargsyan was released from the position of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the US on the RA President’s Decree and later he was appointed the Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board (EEU). At the moment of leaving the post of Ambassador, he had two flats in an apartment house, 1 garage, 2 individual houses built on a land plot with its back office building and one land plot, one RANGE ROVER Supercharged 5.0 vehicle, a share with the nominal value of 6.39 million, 971 thousand USD provided as loan, saving of 3 million AMD and 4300 USD received as remuneration for job.
At the beginning of 2011, his spouse, Gohar Sargsyan had 12 million AMD and 119.8 thousand USD. At the end of the year she had 15 million AMD and 128.9 thousand USD. Her income was 3 million AMD received as interest from the provided loan, and 10 thousand EUROs as proceeds for property provided on lease.
In 2012, Gohar Sargsyan’s savings in Armenian currency were nullified. Her funds in the US currency totaled to 137.8 thousand USD. Her income received during that year were generated from the same sources, 4.02 thousand AMD received as interest from the provided loan, and 10 thousand EUROs as proceeds for property provided on lease.
In 2013 her funds amounted to 149.8 thousand USD and 30 thousand EUROs. She received income of 5000 EUROs as proceeds for property provided on lease, and 4.45 million AMD as interest from the provided loan.
In 2013, Gohar Sargsyan bought a house worth 12.3 million AMD and a BMW X5 X35D for 70 thousand USD. During that year she invested her savings of 149.8 thousand USD in loan transactions. She received income of 6000 EUROs as proceeds for property provided on lease, and 6.18 million AMD as interest from the provided loan. She also took a 701 thousand USD loan.
