“The Draft Law on making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on the Structure of the Republic of Armenia Government” is included in the agenda of today’s Government Session.
Arpine Hovhannisyan, the RA Minister of Justice shall present the Draft. She said that it was a political decision.
It is noted that the Draft aims to provide a more efficient management system. In particular, it is proposed to separate the emergency situations and the territorial administration sectors.
Based on another Draft presented by the Minister, the Government proposed to the President of the RA National Assembly to convey a Special Session of the RA NA on 19 February at 12:00 am to discuss the mentioned Draft.
